We start with the long consultation of 90 minutes in which we select meal options based on your taste preferences. We stop when you are sure that you can do this and you are emotionally comfortable with this option. So on for each meal: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, correct drinking regime and we end with the selection and frequency of the desired products.
This is an individual approach where you have control once a week. Chat format, no fixed time. On a certain working day (eg always on Monday) you send your 7 food diaries plus photos of your food ( 3-4 photos of breakfast, lunch and dinner). You tell how your week went, what were the difficulties, what works and what doesn't work for you and you ask all the questions you have got during the week.
On this package there is no possibility for corrections directly, but once a week. You must also keep a food diary. More independent work, but with help and support. There will also be assignments for the week and 1 or 2 central tasks. Dinner is for example your most difficult meal where a lot goes wrong. I offer you options for solutions. The entire following week you adjust them and give feedback on the next check.
At this package you can also get help with choosing products with good ingredients but not all that you find at home or in the store.
This package also includes your own area of responsibility: we are partners and part of the implementation lies with you. On the agreed day, before a certain time in the morning, you send me your food diaries, photos of your meals and all questions. I do not have to remind you of this and I do not start working at 9 p.m. if you sent them to me so late. Forgotten, missed, too late - everything is moving to next week without compensation for this week.
On the check day we start working from the morning. We have the entire working day to solve all problems, correct the faults, adjust the weight loss strategy, answer questions. Usually we are finished in the afternoon but it can take until the evening. As soon as we have solved everything we can stop.
You do not have to take time off on the check day. I send a lot of voice messages and you can do that too. We work in the chat regime — listen to messages and answer them at your free moment.
