Holistic nutition and functional vision

Health is not simply the absence of disease, but a state of physiological, psychological, emotional and social well-being. Each person has unique genetics and biochemistry.


As a holistic nutritionist, I work with a HUMAN, personalizing every need and keeping in mind diseases, various symptoms and the desired result of my client and work in tandem between client and therapist.

My specialization is healthy lifestyle and weight loss. Having a broad experience with women, weight loss after pregnancy and before- , during peaks and after- menopause but I also work with men and with families.

I strive for long-term results and usually a period of 8 to 12 weeks support of my nutrition system is enough.

I work WITHOUT diets, counting calories, weighing food, shakes and additional sales of diet products

BUT with varied tasty well-nutrition-composed meals without food conflicts.


I also fit individually for each client treats, coffee and possibly moderate alcohol. We can maintain long-term results only if we know how to deal with products that are not healthy but desired.

Everything is allowed but with the rule of HOW, HOW MUCH and WHEN.

I strongly support this concept. Usually we can easily lose weight but we cannot stabilize our new weight. Losing weight without years of results = using your health resources.

For stable weight control we need to learn how to deal with less healthy products, not be afraid to eat in a restaurant or at a party or during a holiday. That is why this adjustment of desired food products is crucial.
